Welcome to the step-by-step Take a Tour tutorial! Here you will find all the information you need to know on what a virtual tour is and how it can work for you.
I) I will come to your listed property to take photos; my job is to shoot everything that you would normally show a potential buyer if you were to take them on an actual tour in person.
II) As I am shooting your listed property I will also be taking individual photos from right to left, overlapping each image by about 25%.
III) I will then take these images and process them in a technique called photo stitching. The final product produces a seamless panoramic.
IV) When the panoramic is displayed in The Virtual Tour Company's Viewer, the scene comes alive as it automatically pans across the image creating your panoramic scene.
V) I will then assemble your panoramic scenes and slide show photos to create a virtual tour used for advertising in your MLS Listing, news papers, and magazines.
